Days 1-2 In Dublin

So after a hectic 15 hr day....we arrived in Dublin to a beautiful sunrise and a cloudless sky. The very expensive gin and tonics on the flight helped ease the boredom. Tired and confused we made our way to the 16a bus that took us into downtown Dublin. The scenary around the airport was quaint and very green and got progressively more hectic as we neared the city. We walked with our huge packs for roughly a mile and got to Temple Bar (the posh popular area of Dublin). We must have walked past our hostel three of four times before we gave up looking and walked into a local pub to ask directions. We were warmly greeted by some local eldery regulars who bought us rounds of beers. Afterwards we checked into the hostel....locked up our bags....and hit the town. It was an exhausting but amazing night. I managed to squeeze in a few hours of sleep after meeting loads of great people. Today has been a true adventure....after waking up and enjoying a 10 dollar bagel and coffee(Dublin is ridiculously expensive) Jared, myself, and a few new friends walked for 5 hours throughout the entire city. So tonight is going to be another big night out with a group of newly made friends from the hostel(which is amazing by the way). Tomorrow we might head up to belfast.....but all the folks in dublin have recommended West Cork and skipping belfast entirely....we shall see.....
